The farmhouse of La Cointise is the historic dwelling of the district since it is at its origin. It was the only surrounding construction in the 1950s, the rest being farmland belonging to it. Little by little, the district became denser with pretty individual residences.
The property extends over a plot of 1500 m², consisting of a house of about 170 m² with 5 bedrooms, an outbuilding (serving as a games room), an indoor carport (4 cars), a private enclosed garden with swimming pool (36 m² - heated from May to September) and a small house (pool house and outdoor bar).
